A quorum is the group that makes a decision real. Staffquorum exists so growing US employers can put the person, the punch, and the policy in one place — and agree on what the file says.
Why this product
Growing teams still stitch personnel files, time clocks, and leave across tools that do not share a record. Payroll waits on a CSV. The manager approved hours in chat. The I-9 is in a folder named Final_v3. Staffquorum is the system we wanted when those answers lived in five logins.
We are early. That is the honest version. Brand and domain are in place: staffquorum.com. The product is in development. This site is how we explain the work and collect operators who actually run a roster.
Why the name
People decisions are rarely one person’s. A hire, a punch exception, a leave approval, an offboarding checklist — someone has to agree, and the file has to show it. Quorum is that threshold. Staff is who it is about. We liked a name you can say in a hallway.
How we work
Evidence over vibes
A punch without location and IP is a story. A leave balance without a policy is a rumor. We would rather store the trail than decorate a dashboard.
Access you can say out loud
If you cannot explain to counsel — or to the employee — who can open a file, the design failed. Roles are not a settings afterthought.
No invented proof
We will not put up a logo wall, a satisfaction score, or a certification we have not published. When we can show working software, we will say so here.
What we are not doing on this site
We will not invent a customer logo wall, a satisfaction score, or a compliance seal. We will not spend this page ranking other products. If you already have a people system that works, stay. If you need one record for files, time evidence, and manager workflows, read the features and join the waitlist.
Where we are
We are building for US employers first: labor rules, I-9s, and HIPAA-minded files are not a localization footnote. Patriot Angels in Hendersonville, TN is the first customer workspace — their people-ops login lives under Staffquorum. Treat feature copy as what we are building — and treat pricing as illustrative.
