Terms of use

Last updated September 9, 2026. These terms cover the public website and waitlist. They are not a customer subscription agreement.

The site

staffquorum.com describes a product in development. Feature descriptions are what we are building. They are not a warranty that every item is live today. Illustrative pricing is not an offer.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account, reserved capacity, or a service-level commitment. We may decline or delay access. Submitting the form is an invitation for us to reply about Staffquorum — not a purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the form, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, attempt to break in, or submit other people’s personal information without a reason to do so. We may block traffic that looks like abuse.

Intellectual property

The Staffquorum name, mark, product mocks, and site copy belong to Staffquorum. Do not use them to imply a partnership or customer relationship we have not agreed to.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or HR advice. Wage-hour, leave, and privacy obligations stay with you and your counsel. Our security page describes product posture; it is not a certification.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from marketing copy. Product terms, including limitation of liability for the HRIS itself, will ship with a signed customer agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state we designate in a later customer agreement. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
