Invite email

A set-password link to the work email — or copy it when mail is off.

Operators invite from the roster. When mail is configured, Staffquorum sends the set-password link to the work email on the file. When mail is off, you copy the link and hand it over. This is invite and system mail — not a marketing list.

Why it matters

When Jordan starts Monday, they should get a link to set a password — not a hallway URL someone forgot to text.

Staffquorum invites employees by work email. The operator sends the invite from the person on the roster. If outbound mail is configured, the set-password link goes to that work address. If mail is not configured, the same invite still works: copy the link and send it yourself. That is the honest split. Invites are HR access mail — set a password, get into the product. We do not run campaigns, newsletters, or a marketing list from this page. We also do not claim that every workspace already has live SMTP. Mail sends when mail is configured.

    Put the work email on the file

    The invite goes to the address on the employee record. Site and manager can wait a minute. The email cannot.

    If mail is configured, Staffquorum sends the set-password link. If mail is off, you copy the same link and hand it over.

    They set a password

    Jordan opens the link, sets a password, and lands in the product. Their own login. Not a shared office password.

Copy the invite link and send it yourself. The product still works. We will not pretend SMTP is already live on every file.
